Twaylor:

Overthinking is exhausting, as your mind spins in endless loops, replaying what was, predicting what might be, trying to solve problems that don't even exist yet. But here's the truth: not everything needs to be controlled; not every outcome needs to be known. Most of what you fear will never happen. Most of what you carry is heavier in your mind than it ever will be in reality. Sometimes, it is enough to pause, to breathe, to trust the timing of things you don't yet understand. You are not your thoughts; they pass like weather. But you, you are the sky beneath it all. Let go of the need to have it all figured out. Let go, and make space for peace.

I always overthink and I'm right every time. Worst always comes to worse

Felt this. Overthink everything. Try pausing n doing somethin else. Breathin exercises an then trying again. it works!
